I feel totally conflicted by both lists and then lists that highlight just woman. I'd rather be recognized for what I do.
Also the other issue I've had is that his first list was based on his personal reading preference which many haven't taken into account when promoting it. Not his fault. But you can tell from what he likes to read that he prefers what I call the Shakespeare of bloggers which I'm not.
I'm sure that many of the woman on this latest list were selected based on the fact that we wrote comments in response to Janet Clarey and Michele Martin's posts. Does that constitute a valid reason for being selected as inspiring? Yes there are lots of inspiring women on that list but there are plenty more out there as well. Also I don't believe that he would read either of my blogs.
